Quality Policy Statement

Henriksen AS shall have a quality system that ensures the right quality on our products and that they are delivered to the planned delivery date. The system shall stimulate to continuous improvement of processes, products and customer experience.
Our customers shall recognize our slogan «Reducing Operational Risk» in our products.

Together with our customers we shall work together to bring out good products, and make sure that the products are constantly improving. It is important that the customer convey their needs and experience back into the organisation, so we can continuously develop the business to be the customer`s first choice.

In dialog with our customers, we shall act with professionalism.
All managers have a particular responsibility for promoting and guiding employees in our values, culture and systems.

Environmental Policy Statement

Henriksen AS shall have a management system that ensures that all environmental impact is analysed and risk evaluated. We will work targeted and systematically to reduce the negative impact on climate and the environment. By 2027, we shall have a full CO2 accountancy.

A large portion of our products are used within the marine sector, and we recognize that one of the biggest climate changes is in the maritime environment. We must work towards ensure that our products do not pollute the sea.

All our products must be designed with the entire life cycle in mind, and it must be designed for a long life.

Long term goals:

  • We are committed to lower our CO2 intensity.
  • We shall have full overview of our CO2 footprint.
  • Our products shall be designed for a long lifetime.
  • No one of our products shall be a threat to the marine life.
  • We shall strain to use at least 60% recycled materials.
  • We shall work towards 100% recycled waste.
  • Our employees shall be competent within the climate challenge.
